【主要成果】

長期從事有機化工領域的應用基礎研究與工程技術開發,主持國家重點研發計劃項目、國家自然科學基金集成項目、中國石化重大項目等。秉持“關鍵催化劑創制+催化反應工程開發”的技術創新理念,在原料多元化乙苯綠色生産、稀乙烯增值轉化利用、新結構分子篩創制等方面取得了重要成果。在國際上率先開發出以生物乙醇為原料的乙苯技術并實現工業化,推動了石油化工與生物化工的結合;開發出國際領先的稀乙烯增值轉化制乙苯高效催化劑及成套工藝技術,實現了我國獨立煉廠稀乙烯副産的高效利用;基于材料基因工程理念,應用分子篩高通量制備技術,合成了SCM系列分子篩材料,其中SCM-14被國際分子篩協會授予結構代碼SOR,是中國企業獲得的第一個結構代碼。基于SCM-14,開發了高選擇性丁烯異構化催化劑并實現了我國原創分子篩的首次工業應用。上述創新成果,在海内外50多家企業應用,創造了顯著的經濟和社會效益。
